David A. Hughes does not do Due Diligence

I am outraged by this former fighter for our freedoms. For those of you who are unfamiliar with David A. Hughes and his thesis of Omniwar, his website is at

To his credit, David A. Hughes has argued powerfully against the progressive destruction of our privacy and about the dark origins of the Nazis and the persistence of their ideology.
Yet here he has attacked viciously a political prisoner, who was kidnapped by the New Nazi regime in Germany, to stand criminal (not civil, which at a stretch might have been defensible) trial on trumped-up charges, a man who was subsequently subjected to many months of white torture. No word of this from Hughes.
On receiving Part 1, I wrote courteously to David A. Hughes pointing him to my website articles, the fruit of a week-long examination (at the behest of Celia Farber) of defence evidence and suggesting he retract or revise his accusations:

He replied on a minor point, which proves he did read my email.
He has now pursued his invective against Dr. Reiner Füllmich.
He relies solely on the official legal judgement of the court of Göttingen, which all who have followed this sad case know to be a pack of lies (omissions, misstatements).
He has not bothered to investigate the series of events prior to the kidnapping (totally illegal) or what transpired since. He follows uncritically the fiction that a pre-company (Vorschalt…), which had never obtained legal status, was due monies which were paid on trust or to the properly constituted de facto company run by Füllmich and Viviane Fischer alone. These two had to hide the considerable monies involved because, at the time, the Berlin-based Nazis were confiscating arbitrarily the wealth of other opponents of the Covid scam.
When Füllmich sold his house and made the € 700,000 he had legally loaned available to continue the fight against the Covid conspiracy, this money was illegally diverted by a corrupt notary.
Contrary to the absurd narrative of David A. Hughes, the victims of embezzlement are the many donors, none of whom have protested against Füllmich. The perpetrators of embezzlement were:
The state prosecutors at Göttingen
The “Verfassungschutz” (“protectors of the constitution”)
Göttingen notary Dr. Stefan Kleinjohann
Lawyers Justus Hoffmann, Antonia Fischer and Marcel Templin
The latter are also guilty of embezzlement of funds contributed to fight class-action lawsuits in the USA.
There was no call for David A. Hughes to address the issue of Reiner Füllmich. Yet he has chosen to do so, and thereby failed massively in due diligence. He can therefore also not be relied on in other matters.
______________
Postscript
Since I wrote the above, David A. Hughes has produced three more vicious misrepresentations, despite his having received a polite email advising him how to inform himself more widely.
First he contradicts the rulings of English justice (“Hall”), but then, despite allegedly having a degree in German, he accepts as gospel truth the verdict and reasoning of a Göttingen court which has been proven to be entirely corrupt.
It gets worse. In his latest diatribe (4) he has attacked Füllmich on the grounds that RF had contact over a quarter of a century ago with Scientology, an accusation of guilt by association. (This assumes that Scientology could at the time be easily discerned as definitely evil; — possibly, but no more than many other secretive organisations which are allowed.)
Meanwhile, Reiner is in prison, without internet or access to his papers, and is therefore unable to refute these accusations. A breach of the most fundamental law of justice “audi alteram partem.”
Now Catherine Austin Fitts, known to most on our side, has joined Hughes in condemning Füllmich, again without doing due diligence, which she claims falsely to hold high as fundamental principle.
